Young couture jewellery label Akong (Ready-to-Wear Show, Saturday 12^th June, Corn Exchange) are making their mark in the industry with style points awarded for their spring/summer collection coming straight from the girls at Grazia. With their signature pieces growing in popularity among inner fashion circles, the Grazia team are huge fans, and it’s not hard to see why!

Since launching their first collection at the start of the year, Akong have been going from strength to strength. Their new autumn/winter collection has been a huge hit with the press, with further coverage expected in the coming months. They have also received tremendous support from Browns fashion who will be stocking selected pieces from the collection, and are currently negotiating deals with another prestigious London department store and one of the UK's biggest online retailers.
 
Akong have also been nominated for an industry award which recognises 'fresh new talent' within jewellery design, marking the momentous response the label have received from the industry in the past few months.
